Our Story

منذ سنين طويلة كان المبنى هذا يتبع لدائرة حكومية، وزارة المالية بالتحديد

هجّر المبنى لعدة سنين بعد انتقال المكاتب الحكومية و تبقى من اثرها اللوحات التابعة للمواقف التي ترونها على الجهة اليسار للإدارات المختلفة التي كانت تستخدم المبنى

في عام 2022 قامت مجموعة ايان الفندقية باستغلال المبنى وإعادة تأهيله خلال 9 اشهر فقط ليكون فندق بوتيك

من يعلم فقد تكون إقامتك لدينا في احد المكاتب الحكومية السابقة

لكن نعلم جيدا انكم الآن واقفون داخل غرفة السنترال و السيرفرات السابقة :)

Many years ago, this building used to be a government agency under the Ministry of Finance

The building was abandoned for a few years after the government agency relocated.

The signs hanging in our lobby with deafferent department titles such as logistics and public accounting are the parking signs that were lift in the parking lot

In 2022, Ayan Hotel Group leased the building and in just 9 months transformed it into a small luxury boutique hotel. Who knows, you might be staying in where the accounting department was, or the meeting room. But for sure, when you are checking in, you will be standing where the servers and the phone operator was.
